Abstract: It has been found from analysis of the satellite data that the solar irradiance is not constant but reveals related 11-years and quasi-biannual cyclicities. Due to the development of the non-linear processes in the dense plasma, chains of non-linear pulsing outosolitons arise in the radiative transfer zone, and radiation and heat fluxes, not constant and not isotropic, but temporally and spatially modulated, reach the bottom of the convective zone. Because of this, such conditions are created within the convective zone which generate different structures. For example, one of the most important global structures can be a couple of macrotoroids situated in parallel to the solar equator. These macrotoroids formed by twisted ropes of plasma with power magnetic fields define the structure and periodicity of emerging loop-like magnetic tubes with plasma. Suggested model is called to explain the whole complex of different characteristics of the solar activity such as long-living active longitudes, non-simmetry of the solar activity in north and south hemispheres, Hale's law for sunspot magnetic polarity and reversal of solar total magnetic field, displacement of sunspot zone during the solar cycle and so forth. Presented model of the solar activity cyclicity is examined on the base of the helio-seismic data and the analysis of data series of total solar irradiance, the sunspot distribution over the longitudes as well as north and south hemispheres.
