Abstract: Temporal behavior of global solar characteristics has been studied. A phenomenological model based on 20-year long measurements of the solar neutrino flux by Cl-Ar detector in Homestake was suggested to describe and to predict the measurements of neutrino counting rate, solar diameter and magnetic field.

This model has been compared with the experimental results, and statistically significant confirmation of the prediction was revealed for Cl-Ar and even for other detectors of neutrino such as Ga-Ge, Kamiokanda and Super-Kamiokanda.

The correlation between neutrino flux counting rate and diameter and their anti-correlation with magnetic field are demonstrated. Temporal behavior of solar global magnetic field during last 6 years in solar activity minima is in a good agreement with the prediction of the phenomenological model based on the neutrino registration in Homestake taken until 1991. Comparison with other characteristics of solar activity and geo-magnetic perturbations has been done.
