Authors of invited and contributed papers are encouraged to send their papers to JGR's Blue Volume. Paper preparation and submission procedures should follow JGR rules. Each paper will go through the regular JGR review process and authors must comply with JGR's rules. Papers will be grouped - 6 papers within one JGR issue - in the order of the receipt of the final revised manuscripts accepted for publication. It will be mentioned that these papers were presented at the ISCS 2001 Symposium: Solar Variability, Climate and Space Weather. We encourage authors to submit their paper(s) as soon as possible so they can be grouped and published in several consecutive JGR issues.
